Hello!

I pushed Gilead Sciences to pursue development of GS-441524. This led them to develop an oral prodrug called obeldesivir (GS-5245), which is in phase 3 for outpatient COVID-19 treatment. That’s how I first got into this detective work :)

Here, I will share my opinions on the structures of various undisclosed clinical candidates across therapeutic areas. How I pick what to look into is random, but generally follows these 3 guidelines:

1.Small molecule

2.Publicly traded company (preferably)

3.In phase 1 or father (preferably)
